Emne: Arrested labour activist
To Ministry of Labour and Social Affair
We
are informed about the fact that 5 labour activist, Sharrokh Zamani,
Mohammad Jarrahi, Seyyedbiok Seyyedler. Nima Pouryaghob og Sasan Vahebi, are arrested in June 8th 2011.
Although these labour activists have not done anything else than organizing labours.
According
to convention: C98 Right to Organise and Collective Bargaining
Convention, from Geneve 1949, it is every workers right to organize and
create organizations, which has been sign by Iranian government.
We
are demanding that these 5 labour activists should be immidietly
released and we require Islamic Republic of Iran respect the convention
C098.
